About
After observing the effects of permanent musical injuries, I decided to create this website to shed more light on a topic that many musicians may not be aware about.
This website was created with the goals of tackling music performance standards (NAfME/Core Arts), health education standards (NHES), and social–emotional learning frameworks (CASEL) in order to emphasize the importance of the physical health of musicians and music classrooms as spaces for lifelong well-being.
